RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at info.lipbuzz@gmail.com with your order number, items you wish to return, and reason for return.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Once your return was approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and copy of the receipt, and mail your return to the address provided with your return instructions.
Please Note: Personal care and hair care products may not be eligible for our return policy. Please contact us if there are any concerns with regard to an order.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Please note: Depending on the circumstances, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping cost as well as a restocking fee.
