If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.

Remember that if you want to stack your bracelets high, you need a little wiggle.
If you are at the limit of two sizes, 7'' for example, and want a comfortable fit, choose the smaller fit, if you want a loose fit, choose the second size.
